busy summer days!

We have kicked off the summer and are having a great time up at the cabin and around town! We are hoping the summer days go slow!!

Rock climbing!! I took the girls to the UMD indoor climbing wall this past weekend!! What a great time we had cheering everyone on and climbing to the top to high five the monkey!! Can't wait to do it again.

First communion!

Nora made her first communion last weekend. She looked beautiful in her dress passed down from her cousin Martha! Mom, Dad, Mary, John, Annie and John ( her Godparents) all attended and then headed to our house for a delicious ham brunch. Thanks to Tara and Charlie for helping out with the food!! Way to go Nora!

We are a biking familiy

Maggie has mastered the bike!! We are able to now bike at least a mile with our whole family. Watch out summer, here we bike! Way to go mags!! Nora is now the expert biker!

The land of oz!

This last weekend was quite the cyclone!! The girls were involved in their school production of the wizard of oz. Nora was in the lullaby league of the munchkins and maggie was a cute flower munchkin. The production was fabulous and amazing set design and costuming. Two sell out shows on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. We were all exhausted Sunday night! Great job girls and what great memories to have!

This weekend was my 39th birthday!! I was surprised by my Mom and Dad for lunch on Saturday. My mom brought lunch and we enjoyed a great visit! I really do not feel 39 and don't feel like thinking about what my next birthday will bring, but when I look back on 39 years I feel super blessed and happy with were my life is and who I have to share it with. Mike and I had a great dinner at the scenic cafe on Friday night, and Saturday I got to spend time with the kids at the winter frolic carnival at school. I even got stand on the sled of a sled dog ride!! SOOO cooool! Thanks to Mike , Nora, and Maggie and mom and dad for making me feel so special this past weekend.



Mike took the girls to the Father daughter ball on Saturday night and I was able to enjoy a few hours of "me" time!! They looked spectacular and danced the night away.

Finnegan Ray Hubbard. The cutest baby ever!! We went to Mpls this weekend to meet our new nephew and cousin. We had a wonderful spaghetti and meatball dinner from Cossetta's and great Brownie's that Uncle Brendan made!! Mike and Brendan had a good time at the wood shop. Nora had an eye for detail of Rachel and Brendan's house. Rachel looked awesome and they are awesome parents! Thanks for a great weekend and thanks to G&R for putting us up.

Welcome FINN!

This is our new nephew Finnegan Ray Hubbard (luv it)! He was born 1-17-09 and weighed in at 8lbs 3ozs!! We can't wait to meet him!!

Happy Birthday to Michael!! Last Sunday was Mike's birthday!! We had a weekend long celebration starting at the scenic cafe on Friday night with Tara and Charlie!! Oh soo deliciouso! Then up to my Mom and Dad's for some awesome Vi's pizza then I attempted to make paella on Sunday!! At least the cake was good! Happy birthday mike! I love you with all my heart.
